Wendy Mader is a D1 collegiate swimmer turned 21-time Ironman finisher. She's stood on the Kona start line 10 times and won the 2008 Amateur title. She's also overtraining herself to the point where she could barely walk — and that experience is exactly why she started T2 Coaching 25 years ago.
Her coaching philosophy is simple: train smart, race prepared, and build a life around the sport — not the other way around. With a Master's in Wellness Management and 520+ athletes coached, she brings both the science and the experience.
